An individual learning process based on the Grinberg Method® offers a structured physical approach to achieve the change you’re looking for. This could be a desire for more energy, the need to recover from injuries, chronic pain, or other recurring physical symptoms. It could also be that you want to be more at ease in communication with others, or be able to relax in a time of change or stress in your life, in order to be able to connect and collaborate with the people involved for the best possible solutions.
Together we discover and develop a strategy for you, including practical actions you can implement in your everyday life to increase energy and stop being overwhelmed by life’s never-ending demands.
You learn to notice the little daily changes, trust your commitment, and stop giving up on a project because it can’t be perfect within a millisecond.
You start inventing little practices for your physical conditions to train your well-being continuously and stop giving up because someone else’s solution doesn’t work for you.
The sessions act as a training ground where we work together on techniques, to raise your awareness for the body. With my guidance, you will learn to contract and relax muscles at will. You will learn to notice, block, or support various experiences and sensations in your body and how you can repeat or stop known patterns by noticing the habits around them.
What you learn and when you learn it will be determined by your goal as well as your current life situation. By becoming more attentive to your body, you can learn to be aware of the influence you have on your surroundings and personal life, as well as increase your participation and presence in different everyday situations.
As you increase your attention and repertoire of sensations, you will start to notice more quickly when you are experiencing a repetition or automatic response that you want to stop.
By regaining a condition of physical well-being and serenity, you will have a greater capacity to focus on challenging situations and deal with complex aspects of your life.
Overall, the learning process will help you understand what you need to be well and help you develop a personal practice to strengthen your power in challenging situations.
CREATE CLARITY WITH THE BODY – 800kr
Single session (75 mins)
A Create Clarity with the Body session can be a standalone experience or the beginning of a longer learning process together. It is an opportunity to gain clarity about an area of your life. In the session, together we explore your current situation and physical experience as well as what it is you would like to change.
We explore practically how giving more attention to the body, noticing a change in a symptom, or simply having more energy can help you in achieving your goal. We also review possible next steps in the direction you want to go.
SHORT AND FOCUSED – 3.000kr
4-session learning process (60 mins per session, 4–6 weeks, any extra session 750kr)
The Short and Focused learning process will help you train and develop a specific skill (breathing, relaxation, control over tense muscles in an area, dealing with pain) or stop a limiting habit or routine. You will come to weekly sessions and apply what you learn in the sessions to your daily life. Our work in each session builds on your experiences and questions raised in the time between sessions and deepens your learning step by step. If relevant, you will also get specific exercises to practice at home.
ALL IN – 8.500kr
3-month learning process with training program (weekly 1 60-min session, any extra session 700kr )
The All In experience is for you if you want to commit to creating a substantial change in a physical symptom or a situation in your life and would like to prioritize learning with your body. You come to weekly sessions, learn how to train to stop patterns in the body, and keep going—supported by me as your partner—to create change. You are curious to find out what you can experience and discover when you train to integrate your body experience into your daily life. You will get suggestions for training and exercises to do on your own to deepen your learning in between sessions.
